Google Search Algorithm December 2017 Update Produces Bad YouTube Results

Google Search Algorithm December 2017 Update Produces Bad YouTube Results Google search has been updated yet again, according to a number of sources, but the latest change produces video section results that are just plain wrong. Take the example in the video. I made a video-blog reporting that Google's update has caused a search for "Nikki Bas Oakland" to make results in the videos area that give you anything but vids that have the words "Nikki Bas Oakland" on the page. In the example I show, only one video on the first page has two of the three words "Nikki Bas Oakland" in it. Also three of the videos that appear are from my Zennie62 on YouTube channel, but don't have "Nikki Bas Oakland" in them. Meanwhile the two videos I made about Nikki Bas run for Oakland City Council don't appear at all - yet they're news. That's bad. If Google keeps doing this, people will just continue their migration to social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and so on. Google also hurts YouTube's ability to get traffic that can be monetized - so this is bad, all the way around. Time for a change. Now.
