Oakland Raiders Las Vegas NFL Stadium Site Tour On Rainy January 9th 2018 Thanks to a Lyft Driver, I was able to make this tour vlog in the rain. No one was working on the site as you can see and there were major water puddle areas. Also Polaris Avenue was half covered with water at the middle of the Stadium site. This was after a day of continuous rain.
