Why Oakland Raiders Firing Of Ken Norton Jr Is Institutionally Racist A friend of mine said that the Oakland Raiders past record of hiring the first black and Latino head coaches and the first woman CEO in Amy Trask make my complaint not valid. I respond that past Oakland Raiders administrations don't give the current club bonus points they can cash on to cheat with in allowing institutional racism.
