Marijuana Dispensary, Not Alamo Drafthouse, At Old Parkway Theater Oakland The community meeting revealed that a medical marijuana dispensary, and not an Alamo Drafthouse, was going in at The Old Parkway Theater at 1836 Park Blvd. Sad day. Especially after I learned they signed a 10-year lease.
