Alameda County wants to sell its part of the ownership of the Oakland Coliseum to the City of Oakland. That idea was announced in a press release issued by Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley moments ago. The implications behind this are huge. What happens to the JPA? Miley says that the sale will help pay off Raider bonds. But to me it's also a signal that Oakland still lacks a good plan to retain the Raiders. Stay tuned.
