Family Law Attorney in Palm Beach Gardens: RosenWater.com

Family Law Attorney in Palm Beach Gardens: RosenWater.com

A friend of mine in Palm Beach Gardens was talking to me about a personal injury court case she was involved in. The basics I am at liberty to explain are that she was parked in a city-owned lot, waiting for her little boy to come out from day care, when what happened to be a large, old tree, collapsed and fell right on to her vehicle – with her in it.

A branch from the tree hit her front windshield and crashed it. The force of the impact set off her airbag system, but that wasn't enough to stop her face from being cut badly. The other part of the tree, the trunk, hit the hood of her car and pushed it to a point where it was almost unrecognizable. The bottom line is she was hurt, and very lucky to be alive.

My friend feared that she would not be able to prevail in the eventual personal injury jury trial. But she selected the right family law attorney in Palm Beach Gardens: Bruce S Rosenwater And Associates.

Bruce S Rosenwater And Associates specializes in personal injury cases, and has an excellent winning record. Moreover, Mr. Rosenwater has excellent ties in the local community. Bruce was born in Cleveland, admitted to the Ohio bar in 1985. He received his Bachelors University of Arizona and his J.D. from Cleveland State University, then moved to South Florida

He immediately landed a job with a Savings & Loan as an in-house real estate associate, where his responsibilities included overseeing $250 million of real estate in South Florida. Bruce then joined a sole practitioner in Palm Beach, where he engaged in a general civil practice. Following that, he worked for a firm in Boca Raton that specialized in condominium and home-owner association representation, before starting his own law firm. Because of this local experience, Mr. Rosenwater is very well known in the area, and by the judges in the courts in the region of South Florida.

My friend said that it was Bruce's ties that helped her get a near-million-dollar settlement. And really, she needed every penny, and not just because her car was so badly damaged it was unusable, but also because her face was so badly disfigured, her left eye was closed prior to surgery. I could go on with graphic details, but since she's a local television broadcaster, obviously her job was impacted: she could not go on television.

So, you can understand the comfort that comes with winning a court case under those conditions. She won because of Bruce S Rosenwater. Period.
