Georgia Drivers License Renewal Process Is Stupid; California's Is Smart In California, one just needs to respond to a card that has a PIN number - the State of California only asks that you are the person who is filling out the renewal card. In Georgia, you have to prove that you live at the address where the renewal card was sent to! I mean didn't they send you the proof?! Then you have to show three types of documentation. The laws are to keep black and Latino voting numbers low - that is the idea even though it doesn't work that way in reality. Laws made by whites to curtail minorities in some way should be eliminated.
