Eatsa iPad-Based Food Stand In Downtown SF
The Wells Fargo Building at California and Davis St in Downtown San Francisco has an interesting, if sterile food stand. Called Eatsa, it features the use of iPads to take your order and then delivers it to one of an array of what I will call ready boxes. It's a cold way of dealing with the restaurant labor cost problem by eliminating the need for a lot of people. Not sure I like that. Eatsa.
