No one threw them off the train at all. Kira Devitt is the Director of Marketing and PR for the Napa Valley Wine Train. She claims that removes for loud noise are not uncommon. Given that I found evidence where whites are allowed to make loud noise on the Napa Valley Wine Train, it begs the question if the organization targets blacks for removal.
