Chris Brown steps on a man's head? Yes and it was captured on video and posted over at TMZ.com. My question for Harvey Levin of TMZ is this: is Chris Brown off his probation from his beating of Rihanna? Can it be revoked of over a year old? Chris Brown clearly still has the same issues that caused him to hit Rihanna.
