Mr. Ben Bartlett is a pragmatic progressive running for the Berkeley City Council District Three seat held by Max Anderson. I met Mr Bartlett and his wife at the Hillary Clinton for President Headquarters in Oakland. He says his platform includes saving a broken health care system (especially Alta Bates), increasing affordable housing stock, bringing free wifi to Berkeley, and ferry service as well.
