Opinion Research always talks to about 200 more landline users than cell phone users and always around 600 to 400, and this has gone on for years. Without change. CNN needs to stop this. The percentage of households using cell phones is almost equal to landlines today. The 60 40 split was true in 2012 but this is 2015. Now they are equal. The poll approach should reflect that.
