Floyd Kephart of New City Development Company takes time to answer my questions on Oakland Coliseum City and the new stadiums for the Oakland Raiders, Oakland A's and Golden State Warriors. Mr Kephart says the Raiders stadium will start in 2020. Also the Raiders will have something to present by the August 11th NFL Owners Meeting.
