A
family member is in need of continuing care (or what is called a
CCRC). In doing my research, I found out that Devonshireat PGA National
is considered one of the top CCRC's in the United States.
Devonshire
at PGA National is part of the incredible development that includes
Chatsworth At PGA National. Both are located at Palm Beach Gardens,
Florida and the PGA Tour there has played host to such golf greats as
Tiger Woods himself. But the real focus of Devonshire is on
providing five-star-assisted-living.
To
that end, Devonshire has secured Dr. Rohit Dandiya as its Medical
Director. Dr. Rohit Dandiya is former Chief of Staff at the renowned
Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and is Board Certified in internal
medicine and geriatrics.
I
also learned that Devonshire at PGA National is under new ownership.
Erickson
Living, a developer and manager of retirement communities, recently
announced that it has acquired and will manage Devonshire at PGA
National, and its continuing care neighborhood, Chatsworth at PGA
National. In a statement, the real estate firm expressed its
commitment to maintaining Devonshire at PGA National's high standard
of continuing care.
Erickson
Living is now into southeast Florida and has in its portfolio 17
properties. Erickson Living is based in Baltimore, Maryland, and
serves more than 23,000 residents in Florida, Colorado, Kansas,
Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas,
and Virginia.
