House GOP Tax Plan Will Cost Oakland Raiders Las Vegas NFL Stadium Bond $870 Million. The bill will cost additional $29 million in bond debt annually over 30 years. Plus, Clark County can't float it. The Stadium itself has to pay the bill and there's no enough money generated from it to do that. A watered down stadium for UNLV would cost much less.
