Mr. Demoff and St. Louis Rams Owner Stan Kroenke gave a well-received presentation that lacked the smooth PR moves of Carmen Policy 's press outreach after his Carson Stadium meeting. Contrary to reports, there's a feeling that Stan Kroenke may have the plan, but not the owner votes, and that' due to the advancing City and County of St. Louis' proposal.
